Steps to recreate the problem:
In the Remote Systems view, expand TestConnection -> Files -> Their Stuff. Select test.txt. Right click and choose Delete. Click Delete.

Problem description:
A dialog is supposed to popup saying 'Deletion of the object /home2/tester00/test/test.txt failed'. This dialog does not appear at all for Arabic and the file remains undeleted.

The same under Linux, Polish build 20070521.
