Steps To Reproduce:
Something is corrupt in my indexes that is causing searches to hang.  For example, opening an open type browser and typing a class name, the status in the dialog stops at 40%.  Also, select a method in an editor and searching for references never responds.

I'm going to delete my JDT metadata with the indices, but for help in diagnostics I'm attaching a java dump for each of the two scenarios above.
