If you drag and drop a file, move a file or paste a file to a folder in the Remote Systems View that is shown in the Remote System Details View the tree is updated, but the table is not.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "Show in Table" on some folder.
2. Drag and drop a file to the folder you just did "Show in Table" on.

The Remote Systems View is refreshed, but the table is not.
