Currently an info dialog is shown if getter and setter for field already exist.
Since the "normal" getter/setter" dialog already shows the fields for the type
it would be nice if it would come up even if getter and setter exist but the
existing getters and setters would not be checked and would be labeled getX() -
exists. A warning could be shown in the dialog if 0 methods would be generated.

If an existing setter/gettter is checked then it should be removed and regenerated.

Optionally a warning could inform the user about the fact that a method gets
regenerated i.e. overwritten.
