Steps to recreate the problem:
Windows -> Preferences -> C/C++ -> Template Default Values - Remove. Select any entry from the table and click Remove.

Problem description:
The remove dialog which appears is not BIDI enabled. The titlebar text is left aligned and the close button is on the right hand side, OK and Cancel buttons are switched and the image appears on the left hand side instead of the right.
