Description: Panel too big to fit in display OS : Linux Must fix or not a must fix: Must Fix Build date: 05145 Component name = CDT Blocking: no Language: es Bitmap Location: \defects\gr1\es\13.003260.png Tester Name: Enric Arau Elias Problem Description: Language Mappings panel is too big, it becomes an usability problem. Maybe the text over the table should be splitted i 2 or more lines. Steps to reproduce: From the main menu, select Window -> Preferences. In the Preferences dialog, select C/C++ -> Language Mappings. Thanks Enric Arau This may be more of an enhancement. Suggestion: "These settings are global to the entire workspace." on one line and "They are overridden project-specific language mappings." on the next line. This article was reassigned from Category:''TVT Testcases''.

Jay, please take a look.
The same happens in testcase 13.003730 - CDT- C/C++ GENERAL -> LANGUAGE MAPPINGS Please keep this in mind. Thanks Enric Arau Spanish Tester
Going to mark it as WONTFIX because the resolution that this page is tested in is pretty low. This shouldn't be a problem in a higher resolution. Another solution would be to add a newline character ("\n") between the 2 sentences in the Spanish translation file. Thanks.
Found a way to force the message to wrap. Will post a patch shortly.
