The schema editor does not have a Help icon in the top right of the page like other editors do.

We should have the icon hooked up to placeholder documents.

Also, it would be nice to add a 'Preview' link to the header.
It would be an alternative to the 'Preview Reference Document' context menu item in the editor.

The Preview link should be in the header of both pages so that it can be invoked on demand without flipping.

Placeholder docs created, table of contents updated, and links placed in the schema editor.
