Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open C/C++ Development User Guide (see latest nightly build as last official release occurred prior to page updates that include tables)
2. View any page referring to Run/Debug window (reference > c/c++ run and debug > main)

Note table headers have black background which obscures text.

Also, corrected wrong file name for Common page used by F1 help.
