Steps To Reproduce:
1. Click Windows > Preferences
2. Select C/C++ > Editor > Syntax Coloring

Note image reflects older version of panel.

- adapted text from Java manual on Syntax Coloring to provide a better description.
- made a stab at the 'enable semantic highlighting' option. If its wrong, let me know so I can correct it.

Updated image for Syntax Coloring panel

Added a color profile to my display settings (none was set) and retook image. Hopefully this removes the red tint you were seeing. I can't see the difference on my monitor though.
