steps to recreate
1- create a JSF file
2- open it by Web Page Editor
3- drag&drop widget from the palette

Baseline is truncated. WindowsXP Japanse doesn't have this issue

Can elaborate on what "baseline is truncated" means?  Can you attach a copy of the file before and after you steps?  Also, is there anything in the error log?

As the attached screenshot, some pels of base text were not displayed. I didn't get any error log. I could see this issue in a brand new file for "directive page" and "<> head". I will attache the screenshot and the JSF file.

Ah, font baseline is cut off.  Okay.  Does anyone have a Windows Vista box other than Japanese edition to see if it's all Vista or just localized Vista?  I'm still on XP I'm afraid.

Suggest deferring unless someone can provide a comparison case in non-Japanese Vista.  I have no way currently to reproduce this bug.
