Hi,

When a "Remote C/C++ Application"  Launch Configuration is created, the message of not being able to find org.eclipse.rse.remotecdt.RemoteGDBDebuggerPage class is displayed.  This seems to have been introduced in the recent internalization changes.  I'm attaching a patch to plugin.xml.

Not sure if this is necessary for such a tiny fix but here it goes.
