Build 3.3M6 1. Define a type X.java in default package 2. Open type dialog, and type in "Object<" (do not press ENTER) --> observe the list below updating 3. Press backspace several times, and type "X<" (do not press ENTER) --> observe that X in default package is not available. If not using the "<" suffix, X from default package is shown as expected.
(I also had another 'X' type in a package 'p', in case this is required to reproduce)
Will be fixed with the fix for bug 184688.
