Last improvement for JDT/Core local performances tests should break those run on releng boxes.

All folders are well unzipped from full source zip file but projects are not added to the workspace and so make results completely invalid!

Fix applied in FullSourceWorkspaceTests.setUpFullWorkspace() and released for 3.3 M6 in HEAD stream.
