This issue is related to bug 154693.

In the Preferences -> Java -> Compiler -> Building -> Output folder,
when I set inside the filtered resources the value '.svn/' , Eclipse still copies the folders .svn in the bin folders & subfolders of the different projects of my workspace.

Note that this was working inside version 3.1.2

This is more than related to bug 154693, it's a duplicate...
