RSE 2.0M5 SDK, Eclipse 3.3M3, Windows XP SP2, Sun Java 1.5.0_09
SSH Only connection to build.eclipse.org

Select two (similar) remote files of same name in different folders.
Choose right click > compare with > each other.
Navigate through the difference, merge each one from left to right.
When done, allow to wrap search to the beginning.
Press the SAVE button.
--> The modified file is saved correctly, but the difference markings are not
    updated. Wherever there was a change (that has been merged), there is still
    a light grey background color.
