Description Cameron Bateman CLA 2007-02-06 02:28:27 EST
If you select a component in the palette and then move the mouse over the visual canvas then hit Esc, the tool aborts the drag and reverts to the Select tool. This is expected behaviour.

However, if you drag the component tool over the SSE, the tool becomes "unabortable". The workaround is to click the select tool.

Note that the problem only manifests in "click and drop" mode where the user clicks the component palettes and then clicks again to drop. In full drag and drop mode, the SSE drag tool is abortable with Esc.

Actually, it appears that issue me a problem in the drag and drop tool mode as well.
