I have a valid EL expression on the value attribute of an inputText filed. The associated reference to a managed bean exist and so does the managed bean class file.

DIAGNOSTIC

It appears that this feature was intentionally broken in the original contribution, because the utility classes to do resolve the navigation were not contributed.  We also need to specify what the expected behaviour here.  What forms of navigation do we wish to support and what are the use cases?

The navigate menu has been removed; it never worked and how it should work has never been defined. If there is a future desire for a navigate menu of some sort, please log an enhancement request, don't simply re-open this bug. Thanks.
