Description Matt Lavin CLA 2007-02-01 16:10:56 EST
It would be great if the class file editor (when no source is available) would scroll to and highlight the method definition when the outline entry for the method is selected. Since the outline view does not show return types it is nice to see the method declaration in the class file editor. The method signature is shown in the status line of Eclipse, but it would be more intuitive if the editor responded to outline selections.

There are currently no plans to invest more into the no-source class file editor.

Get rid of deprecated state.
