1. Create a TestCase for Class, on the secon page 'Select all'
-> Some created stubs have comments, some not.
-> The Jdt-ui preference setting 'Create Javadoc comments' could be honored

Comment generation has lower prio in test cases

Is still inconsistent in 2.0. IMO we should honor the "Create Javadoc comments" 
preference

Chaning state from assigned later to resolved later. Assigned later got 
introduced by the last bug conversion and is not a supported Eclipse bug state.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
