1. The wizard has a 'Test case' and a 'Test class' field. Chnaging the Test 
class field automatically changes the Test Case content. It should only do this 
if the user has not already entered a name.

2. The second page should also support the flat view.
3. On the second page, buttons are too small, title needs colon.

4. The Test case browse dialog should select the class currently entered in the 
dialog.

5. I see no reason why the test class has to be a 'class'. Interfaces should 
also be allowed.

Regarding 2.: currently dialogs don't use the flat view. We should be 
consistent in this so I opt not to change this.

Chaning state from assigned later to resolved later. Assigned later got 
introduced by the last bug conversion and is not a supported Eclipse bug state.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
