Description Dmitry Stadnik CLA 2007-01-02 12:26:14 EST 
- Open TaiPan diagram
- Create ship and add a couple of 'small items'
- Select one of the 'small items' and drag it

Feedback figure is not scaled properly; scaled feedback layer should be used 
instead of normal feedback layer.
