Steps To Reproduce:
In JDT if we collapse any Java doc comments, methods or imports. 
we can not copy them as rich text, they are only copied as plain text
Step to Reproduce:
1. Open a java source file in JDT.
2. Collapse a method.
3. Press Ctrl+a, select all texts.
4. Press Ctrl+c, copy them.
5. Open  a word file, then press Ctrl+v, paste.
6. You will find the java source content were copied as plain text.
Workaround: Expand All elements that were collapsed in JDT.
