20020521 Linux Motif (same on XP)

1. Open a .java file and press F1
2. The help popup says No Description.

Same in .class file editor

Selecting a .class or a .java file in package view and ressing F1 shows only 
two help links for the package view and no description - whereas if you expand 
the children of the file and select the type it contains you get the 
description.
