Steps To Reproduce:
 We created a Rich Client Application that incorporates some of the WTP plugins. When some operation are performed by our application the pop up with the following message shows up
"This kind of project is associated with the J2EE perspective.  Do you want to open this perspective now?"

  Since this is an RCP application, the users have no notion of Perspective and therefore should not be exposed to this question.
