build 20020519

Workspace from 0517. I had only 3 non binary plugins in my workspace: boot, 
runtime and pde.build. So tried to import all the existing binary plugins in 
order to upgrade to build 0519 and got the exception. Attaching log.

JDT/Core is surfacing internal failures near the .classpath file.
This must be a case where PDE did a poor job at recreating a Java project. It 
probably has the Java nature but no .classpath file.

Aborting the build is likely ok in that mode, given it couldn't proceed 
correctly. Moving to PDE for investigating the loss of .classpath file.
