Currently Host IP names and addresses are converted to uppercase in the model and subsequently stored persistently in that form. These should be stored and retrieved as entered. New API needs to be introduced to retrieve the host name as entered, to compare a host name to a string and determine if the string references the same location.

The unfolded host name should be used for connecting as well as for presentation. 

Care must be taken since some objects are retrieved using the folded host name - default passwords and userids for instance.

This is an enhancement request and should be implemented post R1.
