The following extension points allow adopters to specify runtime type ids.  If it were possible to specify wildcards to be matched, it would allow the extension points to match families of runtime types without having to specify each id individually.

The extension points are

org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.resourceEnvRefType
org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.resourceRefType
org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.DeployerExtension

Setting to major, as this is causing problems associating "like" runtimes.

Another extension point where we need similar changes is:
