Even if I create a "Local Shell", it appears with a view named "Remote Shell".

Thanks for the Report, Sumit.

This may seem like a minor or trivial issue. But I think we have a good chance to use and market RSE's shell / content assist capabilities for local shells as well. By merging with the "WickedShell" plugin, we could attract additional users, contributors and committers.

Therefore I think it would be good to have very good support for the Local subsystem and Local shells. Let's explore what we can do. One option would perhaps be to name the view "RSE Shell" instead of "Remote Shell" - what would you think about that?

Any other ideas?

"RSE Shell" is a very good name. The name is independent of Local or Remote.

There is much documentation that depends on the name of this view so, given the discussion we had in the committer meeting, I'm changing this to "Resolved, Later" and we can pick up a good name for this that meets the approval of all the clients after release 1.
