The UI of the WSDL test page is inconsistent. 

For an operation with no parameters, the operation name is given, which is
great:
There are no input parameters for the WSDL operation "date". Click Go to
invoke. 

For an operation with no parameters, no operation name :-(
Enter the parameters of this WSDL operation and click Go to invoke. 

Why not add the operation name in both cases, i.e.:
Enter the parameters for the WSDL operation "echo" and click Go to invoke.

This is an easy fix. It involves a minor change to a .properties file though so I am not sure when this can go in.

This bug has been in resolved state for a while.  Please verify this defect with the latest WTP 3.0.4 or WTP 3.5 build from:

http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/
