wtp 1.5.1 9/14 build

1. open a source editor and select a really long line
2. Add to Snippets
3. the customize palette dialog will open and it will be really stretched out to accommadate the really long line in the Template Pattern text box

I think what should happen is if the line is too long, instead of trying to stretch out the customize palette dialog, enable scrollbars for the template pattern text control

I also would like to see some usability work on the customize snippet dialog. Look at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=155974 it is duplicate of this one.
