Main bug to track work to improve compiler analysis of unused parameters.
One goal during 3.3 dvpt is to avoid or reduce as much as possible false positive
warnings...

There are several bugs already opened against this functionality, I will add
all of them as prerequesite of this bug and remove them from plan to have only
one input about this improvement...

Note that blocking bugs target were not all aligned on this one because, at this time, we do not know precisely which bugs will be part of this improvement...
