Main bug to track work to improve compiler Null Reference Analysis. One goal during 3.3 dvpt is to avoid or reduce as much as possible false positive warnings...

There are several bugs currently opened against this functionality, I will add all of them as prerequesite of this bug and remove them from plan to have only one input about this improvement...

Note that blocking bugs target were not all aligned on this one because, at this time, we do not know precisely which bugs will be part of this improvement...
