The WS-I validator should reuse the WSDL model created by the WSDL validator. This will improve the performance of the WS-I validator.

To throw in some numbers, I have a workspace with 1000+ WSDL files, the time it took to create WSDL models for these files were ~9s on my Thinkpad.
