A subset of the code that is generated with the lite generator is very loosely coupled to the specifics of the GMF model. It makes sense to move this functionality into a lite runtime plugin (currently, a duplicate or very similar code is generated into all lite diagram plugins). 
This is especially important since, e,g., shortcuts cannot be implemented without a common update infrastructure.

The patch is mostly a refactoring of what has been previously generated as a part of each "lite" diagram plug-in.
Reviewed and committed.
