1) In the schema editor, open a schema file with many types in the Design tab. Clicking on the scrollbar to scroll down one page, only scrolls down a few pixels instead of one page. 2) In the schema editor, open a schema file with a type in it. Click on any of these types, then open the Properties window. Type out lots of documentation with many lines. The scrollbar also misbehaves in the same way.
1) I believe this is working as designed. It shouldn't scroll one page at a time. 2) I believe this is also working as designed. Try clicking on the scrollbars in any of the source editors.
I've re-opened as I'd like to question the design... Is the design to work differently to normal Windows scrollbar behaviour? If yes, close bug again, but I'd question why the behaviour is different. If no, then this is a bug. I'm using WST 1.5. I've attached two jpeg pictures showing a before and after image. after.jpg shows how the windows has hardly scrolled down for the scenarios 1) and 2) originally described. Clicking on the scrollbars in any of the source editors scrolls down one page (as is usual Windows behaviour). Try opening http://www.w3.org/2006/03/wsdl/wsdl20.xsd, go to Source view and a single click will scroll down a complete screenfull of xml.
Hi William, please attach the jpgs.
Created attachment 49351 [details] Before clicking the scrollbar
Created attachment 49352 [details] after clicking on the scrollbar Sorry - forgot the attachments!
I can confirm problem #1 when using one of the large Acord schemas. It does seem only a few pixels are being scrolled and it should be a full page.
