Since the Stop Validation button is added to the WSDL selection page, we should remove "Wait for wizard WSDL validation" preference in the Profile and Conformance preference page.

Any reference to this preference should be removed and the Stop Validation button should be added to the documentation.  If there's any screen cap from before, it would need to be refreshed too.

The above patch has been committed to CVS and will be released soon (for the 08/04 WTP 1.5.1 M-build).

Released to HEAD and R1_5_maintenance as v200607281847.  These fixes would be showing up in the WTP 1.5.1 08/04 build next week.
