build 0502, probably happens on all platforms

- open the Launch Configurations dialog (running man drop-down -> Edit
Configurations)
- select Run-time Workbench in tree on left
- press New
- go to the Tracing tab in the resulting tab folder
- click the Enable Tracing checkbox to enable the list below
- select Workspace Plug-ins item in the list below
- click on Plug-ins and Fragments tab
- get the attached exception

I should mention that although the use case that causes this bug is rare,
getting it fixed asap is very important to the gtk guys here because as a
result of a gtk tree quirk this problem is preventing them from self-hosting at
all.

Fixed (released into Head).
