Build M5

If a PDE launch fails because a runtime-workbench is already running, a 
process is still added to the launches ("Debug") view in the Debug perspective.

It is impossible to terminate this launch (the action is enabled, but does 
nothing). The only way that I've found to get rid of it is to 
choose 'Terminate and Remove'.

Does not happen in post-M5 builds.
