PDE source editors (plugin.xml, manifest.mf, build.properties) should support add, remove, and toggle comments actions where applicable. The shortcuts should be the same as in the Java editor (Ctrl+Shift+/, Ctrl+Shift+\, Ctrl+/).

Ideally, they would even share the same commands, but I guess that would need a not-yet-existing org.eclipse.ltk.ui plug-in.

manifest.mf does not allow comments
