The 3.2.100 and 3.2.1 targets are missing a version with z${qualifier}. I'll attach a patch. JDT/UI does not use the "(with sources)" target -- if you use it, it may make sense to add those as well.

I think this must not be done in same patch but separately for 3.3 (ie. in HEAD) and for 3.2.1 (ie. in TARGET_321 branch).
I also think that we should not add new targets but modify existing ones:
3.2.0.qualifier => 3.2.100.qualifier in HEAD
3.2.0.qualifier => 3.2.1.qualifier in TARGET_321

Note that targets will remain unchanged in R3_2_maintenance branch until 3.2.0 is declared...

Note also that 3.2.100.qualifier will be modified to 3.3.0.qualifier as soon as a new API will be added in HEAD stream (soon with bug 92264)...
