It would be useful to export and import Windows/Preferences/Java/Compiler/Errors and Warnings settings similar to Java/Code Style/Formatter pereferences

Compiler workspaces preferences are already exported while exporting preferences using Package Explorer menu item: Export... > General > Preferences.
