Greetings: This just started happening to my environment. I clean a project and rebuild it to generate the .class files in the build output folder. The package folder structure gets created in the output folder but the .class files are missing. I verify with Windows Explorer and from the command line that the files are in fact missing from the expected location. I also tested running an ant script that uses the javac tag to generate .class files to the output folder. The .class files show up in the output folder for a fraction of a second and then disappear. I suspect there is some configuration setting causing this phenonema but I have no idea what it could be. I searched through the newsgroup postings and other bug reports but could not find anything that fits this issue. Has anyone there seen this issue before and know what the issue is? Let me know if you need me to send the configuration file.
Please attach your .project file so we can see how many builders are attached to the project. Have you changed any settings/options recently?
Bill, since you marked this as critical, could you please answer the question from last week.
Created attachment 44148 [details] configuration file. Greetings Kent: I apologize for the delayed response. Here is a copy of my config file. Since I first reported the bug, the behavior of the IDE has changed and the class files are now remaining in the output folder but they do not visually appear in the "Resource" view. I haven't made any configuration setting changes lately, but I do have updates turned on and I have quite a few plugins installed. Maybe the config file will shed some light.
Could you also please attach your .project file. Have you tries to refresh the output folder to see if the .class files show up?
Bill, please reopen with your .project file and a complete description of your problem now.
As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported. Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
