This is a continuation of bug 140518, which included patches to (1) update the slider background graphics to indicate the presence of discrete stops and (2) improve the wording of some of the text messages for the first page of the Web service wizard. The former is fixed in WTP 1.5, however, the latter is deferred into this new bug since the degree of impact to translatable properties files is beyond what should be made at the current point in the WTP 1.5 schedule.

The text changes are here so this just needs to be committed at a reasonable time so that the changes will be picked up by translation.  2.0 timeframe?
