A package renaming refactor consistently produces an exception with this detail:

End position lies outside document range

I am unable to undo the refactor, but cannot proceed with the rename.  If there is a logfile somewhere I could go look in it, but I don't know where that would be.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
