Many open source projects (an in fact any project built with Maven) use the convention to include versions of a jar file in the jar file name. Upgrading references (J2EE jar dependencies) can be very cumbersome, since one not only has to update the reference in the ear J2EE dependencies, but also in every module which delcares a dependency on that jar file.

For this reason I request that a "Migrate J2EE (jar) Dependency" feature is added as it was to the build classpath with "Migrate JAR File". I beleave this would ease working with versioned jar files a lot.
