Aspectj 1.5.1(a) jars need to be uploaded, and we should update the release procedure docs to include publishing jars to ibiblio as part of the process.

started to automate this (at least the repo is setup for maven to grab jars from) - just have problems with getting the repo onto a server that maven can rsync_ssh to.

process for uploading to maven is now in place 'ant repo' against the build scripts will put them in Simone's repo that is linked to maven central, this is done for each release.
