"C/C++ Include Paths & Symbols" file property page is displayed only for the "C/C++ Projects" view.

In the "Navigator" or "Package Explorer" view right-click on the source file and select "Properties" in the context menu. Only "Info" property page is available, while in the "C/C++ Projects" view files have two property pages: "Info" and "C/C++ Include Paths & Symbols"

Problem does not exist now.
I cannot exactly recall when it was fixed,
but it was before RC0 anyway.

Yeah, I was reporting this against 3.1, and I agree that this is closed now

Changing to target milestone to 4.0. This bug was fixed after 3.1.0. It may have been fixed in the 3.1 stream, but then it would be fixed in 4.0 too, hopefully...
