Description Martin Oberhuber CLA 2006-05-22 05:50:27 EDT
It is awkward that the dstore Windows daemon cannot be started by double clicking a single file (daemon.bat) like on Unix (daemon.pl).

It should not be necessary that two batch files are called.
Also, we should perhaps provide instructions how the dstore daemon can be started as an NT service.

Comment 2 Martin Oberhuber CLA 2006-07-03 08:43:49 EDT
Marking as [api] since this needs to be documented in case it is changed.
Comment 3 Martin Oberhuber CLA 2006-09-21 17:08:49 EDT
daemon.bat now calls setup.bat if A_PLUGIN_PATH has not been set before
Not updating docs for now until this is tested
Comment 4 Martin Oberhuber CLA 2006-09-25 12:02:59 EDT
Tested, ok with 1.0M5
Comment 5 Martin Oberhuber CLA 2008-08-13 13:07:13 EDT
[target cleanup] 1.0 M5 was the original target milestone for this bug
