build 2002-04-18 on WinXP.

Note that I use a Wacomm Graphire tablet instead of a mouse.

I find that when I click around in the Outline view I commonly accidently drag-
and-drop a method which creates another copy of that method in my class. Very 
frustrating since I don't notice that I have done it (because we are too 
fast! :-) until I want to close the file and its dirty and I compile and 
notice the errors.
