Description Xin CLA 2006-05-08 15:49:45 EDT
Right click a linked folder in a project freezes IDE.
Here are step to repeat:
1. create new directory C:\MyFolder\AA
2. create new drive (N:, for example) by using subst to point to some folder in C:
    e.g., subst C:\MyFolder N:\
3. create new folder in eclipse project to link to N:\
myproject --> New --> Folder --> type "AA" as new folder name --> Check "Link to folder in file system" (under advance) --> browse to select N:\AA
4. Right click "AA" in eclipse

then Eclipse freezes

Would it be possible for you to provide a thread dump?
If you start with -debug -consolelog, you simply need to do a Ctrl + Break in the console and then copy/paste the result and attach it to this bug report.
Thanks.

Pls reopen once requested info is added. Chances are it has nothing to do with JDT/Core.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
